* Please ensure all mandatory fields and relevant details filled in prior submitting
* Upon receipt of B/L format, we will preparea draft B/L and forward to you via email for your approval prior release.
* Measurement Slip must be presented at the time of releasing B/L.
* Kindly Provide Commercial Invoice and Packing List for all inland destinations in Europe,USA & Africa to facilitate smooth & prompt transhipment.
* All Charges payable towards Ocean Freight, THC, Surrender charges, amendmentetc. to be paid in full at time of B/L release.
* B/L release timings :- Mon-Fri 10.00 am to 1.00pm / 2.00 pm to 5.30pm Saturday 10.00 am to 1.00 pm
* B/L must be released within 24 hrs. of vessel's departure Mumbai / JNPT.
* Bill for Brokerage / Shifting should be submitted within 60 days from B/L date,failing which the same will not be accepted.
